By accessing and using the GrowthCoach Canada website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, coaching services, and any related services provided by GrowthCoach Canada.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the service will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

2. Service Description

GrowthCoach Canada provides personal growth coaching services, market analysis, industry insights, and educational resources related to the Canadian coaching industry. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Individual and group coaching sessions
  • Workshop and seminar organization
  • Market research and analysis reports
  • Educational content and resources
  • Professional development programs
  • Networking events and conferences

All services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice to clients.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of GrowthCoach Canada and third parties
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts

4. Coaching Relationship

4.1 Professional Standards

Our coaching services are provided by qualified professionals who adhere to industry standards and ethical guidelines. The coaching relationship is built on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect between coach and client.

4.2 Client Commitment

Effective coaching requires active participation and commitment from clients. You agree to attend scheduled sessions, complete assigned exercises, and engage openly and honestly in the coaching process.

4.3 Boundaries and Limitations

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If psychological or medical issues arise during coaching, we may recommend appropriate professional resources. Our coaches are not licensed therapists or medical professionals unless specifically stated.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

  • Payment is required in advance for all coaching sessions and programs
  • Fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our refund policy
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Late payment may result in suspension of services
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel individual sessions with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

6.2 Program Cancellations

Multi-session programs may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no sessions have been completed. After this period, refunds will be prorated based on completed sessions.

6.3 Cancellation by GrowthCoach Canada

We reserve the right to cancel services due to coach unavailability, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, full refunds will be provided or alternative arrangements made.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of GrowthCoach Canada or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written permission. This includes coaching methodologies, assessment tools, and educational content.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching conversations. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary coaching methods and materials shared during our programs.

9. Limitation of Liability

GrowthCoach Canada's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

While we strive to provide high-quality coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Success in coaching depends on many factors, including client commitment and external circumstances beyond our control.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Ontario.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes, we will provide notice to clients via email or through our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
